When looking for property make sure the area feels right for you, we cover two areas Aragon and The Ebro valley. Take a couple of visits first before you even begin to look at property. When looking for your property keep a check list you may have to move away from this a little sometimes because it is not always possible to fit all the requirements for example, mains electric, walking distance to village but having said that we do our best. Never go over budget remember Spain is cheaper for most things but when you are setting up a new home and possibly new construction the money soon diminishes.
